Banana Oaties

To make delicious and healthy banana oaties, all you will need are :

3 Ripe Bananas

200grammes (Approximately 1 cup) porridge oats

50 grammes (about a quarter cup) of dried fruit or chopped nuts and seeds

Line a square baking tray with greaseproof paper or baking parchment

Mash the bananas until smooth

Add the oats and fruit (or nuts) to the bananas and mix well

Press the mixture into the lined baking tray

Cook for 20 minutes at 180 degrees (Gas Mark 4)

These banana flapjacks make an ideal  healthy addition to any school or work lunchbox
